Good afternoon,

We rented the 40 passenger limo coach this past Sunday 11/8 for the Patriots game and were very happy with the whole AA Transportation experience. From the booking of the bus, very reasonable pricing, to the great customer service (Amanda I believe) up until the time of the trip. And last but not least our bus driver, Bill, went out of his way to make sure everyone had a great time. He was even willing to tidy up some of the tailgate while we were at the game. Could not have been happier with the whole experience. I would recommend AA transportation and the limo coach to anyone. In past years we have hired similar buses and none of them were in as nice condition as this bus was. All the equipment actually worked! Thanks and I’m sure we’ll be using you folks again in the future.

Dear Mr. Ernenwein,

For our recent reunion in Boston, Mt. Washington and Nantucket, we were lucky enough to have assigned to us Bill Hoffman as our driver. I wanted to tell you how much we appreciated Bill’s good nature, competence and flexibility. He went a long way to making our travels a success. He was always willing to pitch in (we had a lot more luggage than he expected, especially from my European classmates, but he figured out how to solve that problem) and did it with good humor. He was always willing to change his schedule to meet our needs. Please thank him for us. We enjoyed his company for that week and he reflected well on your company.
